Why a Plant-Based Diet?

There are a variety of reasons why I, along with millions of other people around the world, have chosen to become a vegetarian. For each person, the motivators will differ, but the biggest reasons tend to fall into the categories of protecting the environment and personal ethics and beliefs.

As an advocate for the community, I thought it could be helpful to younger people exploring plant-based lifestyles and diets to find information on the most common reasons for adopting these habits and to have access to resources that will make their new diets as easy and cost-efficient as possible.
